
Shireland CBSO Academy is delighted to announce that it will be opening its doors to prospective students and their parents on Wednesday 17 September, 5.00pm-7.30pm and Saturday 20 September, 9.00am-11.00am. No booking required. The Academy is proud to be the first state school in Britain to be established in partnership with a professional orchestra. In collaboration with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, we offer students from Sandwell and the wider West Midlands an exceptional education and the opportunity to pursue musical excellence. During the event, families will have the opportunity to tour the Academy’s brand-new, state-of-the-art facilities and sports centre, meet teachers and senior leaders, and speak with staff and students about life at the Academy.
