Shireland CBSO Academy Sixth Form is delighted to offer personalised tours for prospective students and their families, starting Thursday 28 November 2024. These exclusive tours will provide an in-depth look at the Academy’s post-16 offerings, including courses, facilities and opportunities available.
The tours will take place every Thursday at 4.00pm until Thursday 19 December 2024. Each tour will begin with an exploration of Shireland CBSO Academy’s Sixth Form provision, followed by a visit to Shireland Biomedical UTC. Families can register online for their preferred date, with bookings confirmed by the Academy upon registration.

In partnership with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Shireland CBSO Academy Sixth Form offers a variety of A Level and vocational courses with a commitment to excellence. This includes high standards of teaching, strong pastoral support, expert careers guidance and a focus on helping students achieve both academic and personal success.
A key feature of the Academy’s sixth form is the provision of free music or vocal tuition and grading for all students, regardless of prior musical experience and chosen courses.
